Birch Shirt Fundraiser!
Did you know that, in commemoration of the iconic Birch Tree that has been felled at the corner of the field (due to its having passed on) we've printed shirts with a picture of the birch at Squeah for this purchase? Proceeds from the sale are going towards replacing our benches at Chapel in the Sky and in front of the Squeah Lodge which are in need of repair.

Camp Squeah, in the local Salish dialect, alludes to 'Place of Refuge'. We recognize that life is busy, full of significant activities and events. We also realize that there are appropriate times to withdraw from the pace of life.
Located in the beautiful Fraser Canyon, within 2 hours drive of almost anywhere in the Lower Mainland, Camp Squeah offers a place to take refuge from that which occupies you day in and day out. Our staff are waiting to work with you and your group on your retreat, outdoor education experience or summer camp experience.
New Website Coming!Camp Squeah's new website is around the corner! In the new year we'll have a new look online! Check here then to register for summer camps and see what's happening at our 'Place of Refuge'.

We need a Mill!
Given that our Birch tree has been felled for nearly a year, and we've received a variety of response to utilize the wood for some great memorabilia at Squeah, we are in need of a mill that could be brought to Squeah and some strong hands to work hard for a day or two to mill the larger logs for use. If you know of someone who's got a mill who would love to contribute to your ministry in this way, send information to Dan Friesen, Camp Squeah's Site Manager. We would like to have it cut and put into dry storage sooner rather than later (when the snows arrive).
