Camp Squeah is very grateful to have welcomed and hosted a record number of guests in 2013. We are enjoying the tail end of winter and are looking forward to our spring season. There are still a few great opportunities to experience a Squeah winter available in March. Contact the office to enquire about bringing your group for a retreat.
Positions for hire!
In response to God who loves and calls us, Camp Squeah provides a place of refuge in a natural setting where people of all ages can build relationships, grow and be nurtured.
Camp Squeah, in the local Salish dialect, alludes to 'Place of Refuge'. We recognize that life is busy, full of significant activities and events. We also realize that there are appropriate times to withdraw from the pace of life.
Located in the beautiful Fraser Canyon, within 2 hours drive of almost anywhere in the Lower Mainland, Camp Squeah offers a place to take refuge from that which occupies you day in and day out. Our staff are waiting to work with you and your group on your retreat, outdoor education experience or summer camp experience.
SEED - Mentoring Internship at Squeah
SEED is a discipleship program, for young adults, focusing on personal mentoring using the life-changing relational space of a Christian camp. Join our small student community, within the larger family of staff at Camp Squeah, from September through April. Come alive to your need for God. Share this journey with others seeking growth! If you are interested, check out more at: www.squeahseed.com. Or contact our SEED Director, Geoff Gould at Geoff@squeah.com.
Paddle-a-thonThe 2014 Paddle-a-thon is around the corner! Consider joining us on the Fraser River for a two day adventure to raise bursary funds for our hard working young adults who take time out of a busy school life to serve in Children's ministry! Fund raising booklets are available through our office or MCBC churches. Click here to find out from us how to give funds to this excellent initiative or to be involved this year.
