Early Bird Discount!

Save $10.00 if we receive your registration and payment for on-site camps by Feb. 28th. Discount applies to on-site camps week 1 - week 5 and Go Beyond.

 

Family Discounts

$10 off for the second child.
$20 off for additional children from the same family.

Camp is an excellent place for children to experience independence. In some cases though, a child may want to be with one other person whom they know. If this is the case, please indicate the other child's name on your child's registration form. We will try to accommodate the request where space is available, honouring one mutual cabin mate request per child.

 

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, the registration amount, less a $50 administration fee will be refunded. Cancellations within two weeks of the camp session start date are not eligible for a refund, except in situations of accident or illness.

 

Receipts

A receipt will be issued when camp fees are paid by parents or legal guardians, as they may be eligible for the fitness tax credit or the childcare credit on their income tax return. If you are paying and are not the parent or legal guardian, but you want a receipt, please request one when you send payment.

 

Confirmation

Campers with completed forms and full payment are registered on a 'first come - first served' basis. Camper registrations will be confirmed by  e-maill. Your confirmation mailing will include a "what to bring" list.

 

Financial Assistance

The Campership Fund is available to families requiring financial assitance. Families may apply for a Campership up to a maximum of $150. To apply to the Campership Fund, please print this application and send it to us.
